The Weekend

This weekend has been interesting...

It has been sad because Johnny had to go on a business trip to Dallas and I couldn't go with him. It has been good thought because some friends of ours, Shelly & James, invited me to stay with them and their two daughters Julie & Alyssa. I have had a good time and I really appreciate them letting me stay.

Maggie however, is not a happy puppy. James & Shelly have a puppy, but its a small poddle and she stays inside in a crate. They have a fenced yard, but they have an uncovered swimming pool and some other dogs have crawled out under the fence. Giving these uoptions, Maggie has had to stay in a smaller kennel than what we have a home this weekend. I have been taking her walking and playing with her more than usually so she won't be so upset, but today it has been raining, so this hasn't been an option.

Anyways, I am sure she will be fine but she is ready to go home. To be truthful, I am too. Johnny should be here to get us in an hour or so and then we can go home. I had a great weekend and I really enjoyed spending time with the McClung's, but home is home and I am ready to be home with Maggie and Johnny. :)
